Habitat Restoration & Land Management

Refuge, forest, and coastal acreage is managed to resource objectives, not just maintained. Defender Co. restores wetlands, reduces hazardous fuel loading, establishes native cover, and builds the fencing and access infrastructure that protects the result - for USDA (APHIS, Forest Service, NRCS) and the Department of the Interior (U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management).
